The 4BiH Governance structure is set up in a way to scale operationally while giving the opportunity for anyone to contribute to the Bosnian cause. The modular structure allows for quick autonomous decision making and onboarding of individuals and organizations to join.
The Governing Body is the body of organizations and individuals that have a proven track record of organizing activism for BiH’s future. In order to mitigate hostile takeover or manipulation, the governing body is the only body that can submit and vote on proposals.
Every individual that participates in campaigns created by 4BiH is rewarded with tokens. The tokens can then be delegated to a member of the governing body to increase their voting weight. At any point these tokens can be delegated to another member of the governing body. BiH token holders can submit proposals to the governing body.
Activists and specialists who want to contribute more to the 4BiH community than campaign participation, can become a member of a working units who are responsible for the further development of the platform and community. Working Units members are rewarded with BiH tokens for the time and effort put into the project on a monthly basis and also paid from the treasury.
Patrons who fund the project are also rewarded with BiH tokens, allowing them to have influence on how the funding is spent and submit proposals to the governing body. Funders are the most crucial part of any non-profit as funding will always be needed.
All funding will be tokenized in order to leverage the yield available through DeFi (decentralized finance). All of the treasury will be visible publicly on the management and can only be spent if approved through majority voting of the governing body.
